Gosh, I really can't figure it out. That Diesel; he's the "International dog of mystery. Diesel, James' Diesel." (Get it?) But I will keep trying to solve it. I just hope he doesn't turn into a wallflower. That would be so sad.

Or maybe he hears the things that live in those walls... mice, snakes, bugs? EW, no!! I'm sure you're right. I'm sure it's just the walls talking.
Maybe they're telling him to whisper (and he knows how to respond—I've seen the trick!). That dog is incredible.
